SummaryWebSphere Liberty Operator 1.1.0 provides integration with Semeru Cloud Compiler (the branded version of OpenJ9 JITServer), a technology that offers relief from the negative effects of Just-in-Time (JIT) compilation. In this session, we will cover JIT compiler basics, how the Semeru Cloud Compiler can make a big difference for Liberty applications, and include a working demo that uses the WebSphere Liberty Operator to deploy a containerized Liberty application to Kubernetes and standup a compatible Semeru Cloud Compiler instance to handle compilation requests from the application.Key SpeakersLeo Christy Jesuraj - Architect, Developer Advocate, WebSphere Operators and Containers, IBM AutomationLeo Christy Jesuraj focuses on application containerization, deployment and management in the cloud.
