IBM and Microsoft have partnered around the WebSphere product family and Azure. As part of the partnership, we now offer a solution to run WebSphere Traditional on Azure Virtual Machines. The solution targets highly available, production-ready clusters including load-balancing. In this session we will overview this solution including a small but representative demo.
This new solution supplements the existing jointly developed guidance to run WebSphere Liberty and Open Liberty on Azure Red Hat OpenShift as well as the Azure Kubernetes Service. We will discuss the overall roadmap for the IBM-Microsoft partnership during the session, including an early look at an innovative solution to automating WebSphere Liberty and Open Liberty deployments on Azure Red Hat OpenShift.
