He has over 20 years of industry experience covering development, test, delivery and senior operational leadership roles in finance, government, and defence sectors. James is a Chartered Fellow of the British Computer Society and today sets IBM’s forward-looking approach to helping clients develop, deliver and release secure and reliable software as fast as possible.

Chris Haggan, Head of Product Management, HCL

Chris has been working in the software testing space for over 20 years, as practitioner, tools evangelist and most recently as product manager. As the head of product management for DevOps, Chris guides a broad portfolio of solutions but testing will always hold a special place in his heart.

Randall Langehennig IBM DevOps Automation Solution Architect

Randall (Randy) Langehennig is a second generation IBMer with a passion for software computing. He started in the testing organization for the AIX operating system and has been a developer, testing lead, services consultant and DevOps manager. Randy found his calling in helping clients address business challenges as a technical sales specialist. Randy is currently a member of the Worldwide IBM DevOps team and has deep experience in automated deployment from traditional on-premises technologies to mainframe applications. Randy has been working at IBM for 25 years and in his spare time enjoys photography, travel, and spending time with his family. Randy and his wife, Ginger, live in Austin, Texas and have four children.

Mattias Mohlin,  Senior Software Architect

Mattias Mohlin is a senior software architect at HCL Software. He has developed software development tools for nearly 25 years. While the technologies for creatin`g these tools have evolved a lot over the years, most of the tools have targeted the creation of event-driven, stateful, real-time C and C++ applications.
