Thanks for responding. Yes we also tried installing the refresh pack version 9.0.5 which was downloaded from fixcentral but unable to install it.The error showing as plugin not found. Please find the below error.

It's not necessary to install 9.0.0.0 or 9.0.5.0 first, it is only necessary to have the media / refresh pack (from PPA or online repo) on the IIM repository search path at the time of installation.
