Continue....adding 2nd issue with this existing open case.......

"Also tomcat services running on this UCD server. After java update to "jdk1.8.0_271", it opens application web page, but doesn't allow to select any values from drop down list of existing functionalities. It shows web page blocking symbol (red color round symbol with inside red color cross line)...."

I assume this was resolved since this was filed 3 months ago, but anything of this severity or impact should be filed as a standard UrbanCode support case so you can get appropriate and timely assistance.

These general guidelines should be used for filing a case and this falls under the top 2 bullet points:

    • If you have a serious problem that requires urgent attention
    • Issues that require an in-depth investigation by UrbanCode Support
    • To report a security issue, security vulnerability, or new defect
    • If explaining the issue requires that you post private data or data that you would prefer not be on the internet
    • Requesting a new product feature
