On further review, we have removed the "Global collections - Total amount tenured" statistic as it doesn't make much sense. New builds of GCMV have been published. The "Rate of garbage collection" statistic on the report tab or the "GC rate (per ms)" line plots are the easiest way to review GC throughput.

Subject: GCMV - What are the time units for Total values on the summary page?
I'm currently using WebStart version of GCMV coming with ISA 5.0.2.8. When looking at the summary page of the file I'm wondering what the time unit for values like 'Total amount ... (MB)' is?
For example: The following values on the summary page (sorry uploading images does not work for me at the moment):
Global collections - Total amount tenured (MB) 254453
Nursery collections - Total amount flipped (MB) 6720
Nursery collections - Total amount tenured (MB) 4100
are giving the number of MBs per which time span? Is this per minute? Over the full cropped interval?
The Rate of garbage collection (MB/minute) which I can see on my Linux Eclipse plugin-version of GCMV is not shown here either in this version of GCMV.
The docs at https://www.ibm.com/support/knowledgecenter/en/SS3KLZ/com.ibm.java.diagnostics.visualizer.doc/vgc_menuitems.html don't give me much more information either (sorry in case I missed something there).
Thanks a lot in advance for your advise.
