WebSphere Application Server & Liberty

I am getting error while configuring global security -> Security Configuration Wizard in WebSphere Application Server v9.

Server installed on my machine as standalone. Selected Enable application security. Selected Federated repositories as user repository, Entered admin as Primary administrative user name and password.

I checked with wasadmin as Primary administrative user name and password but same error coming.

Please suggest solution.

You ussualy enable Adm Security at installation time.
Have you enabled it when installing?
What is the principal adm user name and pwd you configured?

Please, consider this:
"Avoid trouble: You must separately enable administrative security, and application security. Because of this split, WebSphere Application Server clients must know whether application security is disabled at the target server. Administrative security is enabled, by default. Application security is disabled, by default. Before you attempt to enable application security on the target server, verify that administrative security is enabled on that server. Application security can be in effect only when administrative security is enabled."

If above mentioned recommendations do not help, I carefully reviewed the enabling adm security configuration steps.
