    Hi all,
    all of my log file (SystemOut.log), is full of message like this one (and the log is almost unusable):

    [11/4/21 17:13:14:801 CET] 00000153 Subscriber W CWOBJ7665W: The subscription for the topic /CacheInvalidation/VisDevCell/CodetableGridATMWSSTST/mapSet/CodetableGridATMWSSTST/CacheInvalidation/4 is rejected due to the following security reason The following access to the map CodetableGridATMWSSTST.CodetableGridATMWSSTST is not granted: com.ibm.websphere.objectgrid.security.MapPermission CodetableGridATMWSSTST.CodetableGridATMWSSTST read.

    Is there a way to disable it?

    Francesco,

    The error message is from WXS (WebSphere eXtreme Scale), in order to provide any guidance I'd need to know what SystemOut.log file you're seeing this in. Is it traditional WebSphere server  or WebSphere Liberty server SystemOut.log ?

    If so that implies that you're using WXS either as a cache provider or an HTTP session store, and I'd need to know which one.

    If this isn't from an application server, then it suggests that you're using WXS, in which case you should refer to the WXS KC  https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/wxs/8.6.0?topic=components-cwobj7665w

    BTW, the remedy in the WXS KC is applicable to the application server as well, though the specifics of what you may need to do will vary based on your specific use case

    Hi Tom, thanks for your time;

    it is not Liberty it is traditional websphere application server that has inside eXtreme Scale, when I access to the console I see:

    I cannot determine if WXS is a cache provider or a HTTP session store, if you can please tell me how to discover that I'll do;

    In the case that the link you provided:

    "Set the proper permissions in the org authorization file. Users need to have read permission on the map to run near-cache invalidation and have query permission on the grid and read permission on the map to run continuous query."

    How I can do that? what is org authorization file? where I can find it?

    Indeed I do not care about solve the issue just having a log usable.
    thanks a lot

    Francesco

    You're going to need to review your WXS installation

    https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/wxs/8.6.1?topic=installing-within-websphere-application-server

    and configuration for tWAS, this is covered in the WXS Knowledge Center, specifically

    https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/wxs/8.6.1?topic=overview-http-session-management
    https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/wxs/8.6.1?topic=managers-configuring-http-session-manager-websphere-application-server
    https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/wxs/8.6.1?topic=chsmwas-configuring-websphere-application-server-http-session-persistence-data-grid

    You're going to need to review the WXS xml configuration files as detailed in the above, since it's a security error, carefully review the security configuration files and correct any errors, otherwise you won't be able to eliminate the error message you cited
