Java, Semeru Runtimes and Runtimes for Business

IBM Semeru Runtime, Open Edition 11.0.20.1, 17.0.8.1 have been released.  These are based on Eclipse OpenJ9 0.40 and OpenJDK jdk-11.0.20.1+1 and jdk-17.0.8.1+1. The binaries are available on our standard distribution sites on Aug 30. With these releases IBM Semeru Open Edition picks up the point releases from OpenJDK which were created to fix the following regression in 11.0.20 and 17.0.8: https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8313765 .

This regression has been known to affect products using v11.0.20 or v17.0.8 when using InstallAnywhere to create InstallAnywhere packages.
