We are pleased to announce the availability of IBM SDK, Java Technology Edition, v8.0 Container Image for IBM z/OS Container Platform (zOSCP). The Java container image for z/OS Container platform has been made available on IBM Container Registry (icr.io) as on 12th April 2024.

With the release of the IBM z/OS Containers Platform (zOSCP) 1.1, z/OS customers can now leverage the strengths of IBM Z and the agility of container technology. The release of Java container image for IBM z/OS Container Platform will help the customers to leverage the numerous container technology benefits for their z/OS Java based applications.
