Java, Semeru Runtimes and Runtimes for Business

IBM Semeru Runtime, Certified Edition for multi-platforms (non-z/OS) 11.0.20.1, 17.0.8.1 have been released.  These are based on Eclipse OpenJ9 0.40 and OpenJDK jdk-11.0.20.1+1 and jdk-17.0.8.1+1. The binaries are available on our standard distribution sites as on 14th September 2023. With these releases IBM Semeru Runtime Certified Edition for multi-platforms picks up the point releases from OpenJDK which were created to fix the following regression in 11.0.20.0 and 17.0.8.0: https://bugs.openjdk.org/browse/JDK-8313765 .
