We are pleased to announce the general availability of IBM Semeru Runtime Certified Edition for z/OS 11.0.18.0. This release contains OpenJDK 11.0.18+10 (Jan'23 CPU Update). The binaries have been made available on our standard distribution sites as on Feb 28, 2023.
IBM Semeru Runtime Certified Edition for z/OS 11.0.18.0 contains the following in addition to the security fixes, bug fixes and other improvements:
- IBMJCECCA interoperability with SunPKCS11
- PKCS11 keystore support added to the hwkeytool application
- RSA-PSS support for the IBMJCECCA provider
- Features from the latest release of the Eclipse OpenJ9 project, as listed in the Version 0.36.x OpenJ9 user documentation.
