IBM DevOps for IBM Cloud Paks 1.4 provides focused DevOps capabilities that help enterprises quickly and successfully deliver quality services and products to the marketplace

This latest version of IBM DevOps for IBM Cloud Paks bundle does not only contain the latest versions of 

it also contains changes how the Resource Units (short RU) from IBM DevOps for IBM Cloud Paks can be used to generate product licenses.

Test Execution Small Performance Testing Loads (100 VT) and Service Virtualiazaton (3 Concurrent Virtual Services)

With this new version the Test Execution Small and Medium were updated/migrated to a much more flexible and better license type
