Last week, Leo Christy Jesuraj and I presented a demo of WebSphere Automation's new security and health features. Take a look at the video below to learn how to track your WebSphere inventory, security vulnerabilities and memory leaks from a single, consolidated dashboard spanning traditional WebSphere Application Server & Liberty instances wherever they are deployed.
In this session, we demonstrated:
Setup- register a server with WebSphere Automation
Inventory- view WebSphere inventory from a single dashboard
Notifications- receive email notifications when vulnerabilities are detected or investigations are performed
Security- track security vulnerabilities and view additional information about the vulnerable servers and the corresponding CVEs
- apply an iFix to resolve a CVE and how quickly that is reflected on the WebSphere Automation dashboard
Instana Monitoring- view WebSphere Application Server and Liberty servers using Instana
Health- view memory leak events in Instana
- view memory leak investigations and see them progress in WebSphere Automation
- view information about potential memory leak suspects and download the data to work with your application owners
