Speakers:

C. Bruce Dillon is passionate about transforming business to be more productive and fun, through leverage of automation, cognitive, and other technologies. Bruce joined the Hybrid Cloud Platform and Management Offering Management team in January 2018, after a stint in the Watson and Cloud Platform. He intends to increase the leverage of Watson and Cloud capabilities, including in IBM Workload Automation and IBM Control Desk.

Marco Cardelli is currently part of the Workload Automation Offering Manager team with special focus on the z/OS product. Marco has been working with IBM since 1990 and on IBM Workload Scheduler for z/OS since 1995. He started on IBM Workload Scheduler for z/OS as a L3 support specialist and then joined the development team as Chief Designer starting with IBM Workload Scheduler for z/OS 8.3. During the years spent in the development team Marco has been working on the design and the implementation of many features of IBM Workload Scheduler for z/OS, such as, Workload Service Assurance, zCentric end-to-end, Run Cycle groups and Remote Hot Standby. In 2015 he became Architect of the IBM Workload Scheduler for z/OS product. In September 2016, as part of the new partnership agreement between IBM and HCL, he moved to the new HCL Products & Platforms division. Since January 2017 he left the development team and joined the Workload Automation Offering team especially focused on the mainframe product. Marco has a degree in mathematics and enjoys playing guitar with his band in his free time.

Deepak Goyal is the Head of Aricent Product Management team looking into portfolio of IBM products as part of strategic IBM-Aricent relationship. Deepak has been working closely with IBM Control Desk and TADDM Offering management team to strategize and evolve the products as per market needs. Deepak has worked in various Business and Technology Roles in Aricent varying across domains like Telecommunications, Smart Energy, Industrial Automation.
