Amy Silberbauer, Executive IT Specialist, Solution Specialist, Enterprise Scaled Agile, SAFe, DevOps SteerAmy Silberbauer is an Executive IT Specialist in the IBM Rational organization. She currently serves as a Solution Architect responsible for defining and driving Rational’s Enterprise Scaled Agile solution. She has hands on experience leading an internal SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) transformation project, evangelizing SAFe concepts within Rational and beyond to other teams in IBM, and working with customers considering similar transformations. She is a Certified SAFe Program Consultant. She is a recognized subject matter expert on software development lifecycle solutions, including Enterprise Modernization, SOA and BPM. She has been an IBM employee for 27 years, 22 of which were spent in software development in both the AIM and Rational organizations. Her most recent significant accomplishment was the transformation of the solution planning and execution process for the Rational ALM organization.
