This presentation was given by the Port of Seattle at the combined Airports and Pacific Northwest Maximo User Group meeting at Sea-Tac airport on September 2013. Content emphasis is on the Maximo Service application and how Sea-Tac's Airport Communications Center uses the Problem application to capture emergent maintenance calls from airport tenants, customers and operations teams.
