As part of the Troubleshooting Series, this session will focus on the performance analysis of Cognos BI using ZIPI.  ZIPI is a Self Service tool designed to help speed up the time to diagnose slow running reports, monitor Cognos BI usage, as well as portal performance. ZIPI comes with canned reports, and customers are able to create their own reports to cater the layout to their liking.  ZIPI is provided “As-Is” in its current form.
