Troubleshooting connection to Datalink manager and Datadrop from inside customer network

On the server where your on-premise Datalink agent is installed (or planned to be installed), search for the
Powershell application
.
Right-click the
Powershell
application and select
Run as Administrator
.
Input the following commands in the Powershell application to test connections:
Command to test your connection to Datalink manager:
Test-NetCOnnection -ComputerName
dl-??????????-manager.apptio.com
-Port 443
Replace
dl-??????????-manager.apptio.com
with your organization's Apptio Datalink Manager URL
Command to test your connection to Datalink manager:
Test-NetCOnnection -ComputerName datadrop.apptio.com -Port 22
