Fri December 12, 2014 10:23 AM

Summary

There are a number of DataLink 3 logs that can be useful for troubleshooting the DataLink 3 application. The logs are intended for use by the Apptio developers and Technical Support Engineers.  Technical Support Engineers will commonly ask for log files from the agent when troubleshooting issues. You may also find useful information for aiding in the installation of the agent and troubleshooting connector configuration issues.  The log files are written to the root folder of the DataLink Agent.
