 IBM Software Support is a global team of specialized product and technology experts providing support for a world class client experience with commitment, speed and accuracy.  IBM Support is leveraging AI and Automation to improve productivity and enhance client experience by being  client zero for IBM Watsonx technologies.   This is accomplished through multiple use cases:  self help using generative ai,summarization, reducing time to resolution using log anamoly detection, building automation skills to automate repeated tasks, predicting escalation,  understanding client experience, leveraging code assistant for code explanation.
