I noticed the Service Name values are collapsed into a single row and delimited by commas grouped by their parent Service Category.

 

To map into the Service Taxonomy from ITRT, TBMAs need to identify the unique Service Name value rather than matching on the delimited value shown in the provided table. If using the table as provided, we could use a SplitEx function.

 

Granted most allocations shouldn't flow from ITRT directly into Services, so not a big factor.
