IBM has introduced a new company-wide support Policy called ‘Support Cycle’

This document showes details for FileNet Content Manager 5.5.12 and Content Navigator 3.0.15

A longer support timeline (No longer using LTSR terminology)

5.5.12 continues to follow the Continuous Delivery lifecycle policy and partially adopts the new support policy with Extended Support
