To clarify the status of the STATS TEXTANALYSIS extension command:
The NLTK maintainers have released a new version that works with the latest numpy release, so it isn't necessary to push back the installed numpy version.
The latest NLTK version has a breaking change that stopped TEXTANALYSIS from working, but TEXTANALYSIS has been updated on the Extension Hub and the posted version now works with that library.
So, an ordinary install of STATS TEXTANALYSIS now does not require any extra steps.
This is a little bit of sample output from STATS TEXTANALYSIS to show it working with the older numpy and repairing the breakage introduced by changes in the NLTK module.
