This document describes how to integrate data from ServiceNow into Apptio in order to configure and utilize Apptio’s SaaS Insights - ServiceNow component.

The following raw data tables will be extracted from ServiceNow and uploaded into Apptio using Apptio’s DataLink ServiceNow connector:

• Usage Data for Applications (ServiceNow table: ua_app_usage)
• Subscription (ServiceNow table: license_details) *** This table is only available from your production ServiceNow instance.
