To onboard a new device into your network within a day, use the Technology Pack Development Tool to help you create your content to start discovery and polling on the newly on-boarded device. These devices can then be monitored by Telco Network Cloud Manager - Performance (TNCP).
Typically, you can create the following content for an SNMP Technology Pack or a File-based Technology Pack, and then package the content into a JAR file that can be deployed on TNCP environment:
