If you need to change your IBM ID, try this document to help you.

Note: Just changing your IBM ID does NOT change your email with the IBM TechXchange Community - send email to support@communitysite.ibm.com to request that.

Note: Changing your IBM ID also does NOT change your email with the IBM Champions (or Rising Champions) program. AFTER you update your IBM ID and correct the email with the IBM TechXchange Community, send email to ibmchampions@ibm.com to correct your email with the program.

Hi Libby,

Hope you are doing well.

This is my first time as an IBM Champion 2025. Currently my IBM ID is my company mail address for IBM Champion. I also have an IBM ID with my personal mail address. I need to change my IBM ID for IBM Champion to my personal mail address and for all the related benefits as part of IBM Champion program, like techzone, slack etc.

I came across this article. I tried following this, but I don't see security and privacy options.

Please advise here.
