Updates to existing adapter

Oracle adapter:

Oracle adapter is updated with multi-row table insert support. A new command line option -INSERTALL/-IA enables multiple rows of data to get inserted into an Oracle table at once instead of one row at a time. Throughput can be increased several-fold with multi-row insert support under heavy load transaction scenarios.
