IT Tower and Cost Pool Definitions Guide (PDF)

SUMMARY  This document describes how IT resource towers and sub-towers are allocated for Apptio benchmarking data. Included are definitions for each of the sub-towers, examples of what comprises each sub-tower, units of measure and guidance on how to allocate by cost pool.

@David Battaglia: We don't yet support ATUM V2.1 in IT Benchmarking. We will make documentation available when we role out support for ATUM V2.1 in the second half of this year.

IT Tower and Cost Pool Definitions for ATUM v.2 is the ATUM V2 version that you seem to be looking for.
