End state goals include for EAM to be integrated with IWMS to provide predictive analytics, condition-based maintenance and asset lifecycle modeling. Planned solution architecture includes the integration of multiple sensors, asset tagging and IoT tools to maximize real time monitoring of assets and occupancy leveraging core elements of both Maximo MAS and TRIRIGA, as well as including real time smart building integration to accommodate energy & utility metering and centralized building management control systems. All solutions will be fully integrated and provisioned in a FedRAMP cloud, monitored 24x7x365.
