Bill has been in the software product management and engineering space for over 20 years holding various roles in IBM engineering & product management ranging from unstructured data/content management, information life cycle governance, business process management, machine learning & AI, as well as cross product disciplines such as performance analysis and capacity planning.

Bill is well regarded in the industry and decades of experience in helping clients deliver technology to mission critical business applications.



Tom Ivory

As Senior Partner and Global Leader for Automation at IBM, Tom Ivory leads a practice that enables clients to digitally transform workflows with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process Intelligence, Business Process Management and Artificial Intelligence. The IBM Extreme Automation practice leverages automation capabilities to fuel next generation business operating models with the creation of a Digital Workforce. With over 24 years of experience in the technology services industry, Tom is a trusted advisor on how emerging technologies can drive growth for clients.

Prior to IBM, Tom led the North American Intelligent Automation practice at Capgemini and held the position of Chief Operating Officer at HFS Research, a global research & advisory firm dedicated to how innovation impacts global business operations. HFS was a pioneer in research on Robotic Process Automation in the global services industry.

Tom holds a B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and lives in Dallas, Texas.
