Apptio's editable table capability includes a button that enables users to add rows to the editable tables.  But what if you only want users to update existing rows and not be able to add additional rows to the editable table.  This article provides the steps to ensure that only admins can add 

Editable Table allows role-based permissions for the following features:

• Add Row
• Delete Row
• Publish

As such, for any Editable Table report component where the customer does not want the ability for end-users to “Add Row” or potentially to “Delete Row”, then they should set the feature to an Admin only (or other special role).
