Explore the new features in IBM Integration Bus version 10.0.0.5

We’ve just made IBM Integration Bus v10.0.0.5 available!

This fix pack release includes some new features which improve our interoperability with other IBM products.  We have new capability allowing you to easily push multiple IIB REST API definitions into API Connect.  After the introduction of REST API support in IIBv10, fix pack 2 introduced a new IIB Toolkit action to push a REST API definition into the draft workspace of API Management. Now IIBv10.0.0.5 takes this a step further and lets you push several REST API definitions at once, grouping them under a Product definition, and also directly staging them to an API Connect Sandbox environment.  This feature is offered from the IIB Web UI, and for those who prefer scripted options, also via the IIB command console.  API Connect helps you manage REST APIs (from IIB and other products within your enterprise) including the definition of security policies, access rules, SLAs and usage analytics.

IIBv10.0.0.5 also adds SSL encryption settings to the MQTT Publish and MQTT Subscribe nodes. You will now find a “Use SSL” checkbox setting, an associated BAR file override, and also a LocalEnvironment override.  This means that you can dynamically change your encryption settings on a message by message basis.

    thank you for sharing this information. I would like to note that existing users should not forget to enable the “FixPack Capabilty” by running:
    mqsichangebroker $NODE_NAME -f all
