Mike Mallo is the IBM Hybrid Cloud technical offering manager for Instana. Mike joined IBM through the Tivoli acquisition over 25 years ago and has always had a passion for enterprise systems management. Recently, he has worked to broaden the observability space within IBM by creating partnerships with Humio, Sysdig, and Turbonomic and a key driver in the Instana acquisition. Prior to that, he has held offering management anddevelopment leadership roles creating new capabilities for IBM's clients in a number of products. Mike has a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Marquette University and an MBA from Concordia University Texas.
Ken has broad technology experience including; big data / analytics, SaaS, cloud, collaboration, cyber security and networking. In his current role at Humio (a CrowdStrike company), Ken is responsible for building technology partnerships that help deliver added value for Humio customers through integrations with leading companies in the DevOps, SecOps, and ITOps space.
Steve is the Technical Marketing Manager at Instana, an IBM company providing Enterprise Observability for modern containerised micro services applications.
He brings a wealth of experience to this role having worked in technical positions in the APM space since 2004 for companies including Wily Technology and AppDynamics. In that time he has seen numerous technical revolutions and market disruptions giving him unique insight into the rapidly changing world of DevOps. He has a background in electronics and programming before moving to software solutions.
