Ulas is a Technical Product Manager for Application Integration, based in IBM's Hursley labs in the UK. Over the last 15 years at IBM, she has held a variety of jobs in technical sales and services. She worked with customers in Europe, Middle East, and Africa for solution sales and consulting across various industry verticals implementing middleware solutions. Before joining IBM, she was working as a software engineer taking part in various GIS, ERP, and banking projects as a programmer, tester, analyst, and configuration manager.

Ben Thompson

App Connect Enterprise / IBM Integration Bus Chief Architect

Ben Thompson is the IBM App Connect Enterprise / IBM Integration Bus Chief Architect. Based at IBM’s Hursley software development lab in the UK, he is responsible for setting the technical and functional direction of the product, and driving external client and business partner relationships. Before working in the IIB development team, he was in IBM Software Services designing and implementing Middleware solutions for 8 years, performing over 100 client engagements in over 25 countries world-wide.
