DataLink 4.5.5 (Build 7331): Release Notes

This release includes new features and addresses some bugs in DataLink.

 

New Features

  • BMC Discovery Connector EA [DL-4369]

 

Compatibility

  • DL manager and engine must be upgraded to support all new features
  • Both manager and engine is required to be updated to the latest version in order for Salesforce connector and BMC connector to work. No need to recreate Salesforce connector after manager/engine upgrade.
  • DL manager is compatible with previous DL agent version.

 

Bug Fixes and Improvements:

  • ServiceNow Connector: Add configurable timeout for ServiceNow UI controller [DL-4506]
  • Specific period dropdown menu options not displayed [DL-4538]
  • Remove REST connector option to "Use the file name as the Apptio destination table" [DL-4682]
  • Change labeling around periodic schedule UI to improve clarity [DL-4677]
  • Add AWS DBR Connector help text [DL-4477]
  • REST connector: Fix header when using digest authentication [DL-4599]
  • Improve security to guard against cross-frame scripting [DL-4605]
  • Add compatibility guard to REST templates [DL-4577]
