DataLink 4.3.4 (Build 6302): Release Notes

This release includes new features and addresses some bugs in DataLink.

 

New Features

  • DL-3023: Connector scheduling now supports local time display
  • DL-3693: Allow specifying arbitrary time period offset for upload

Compatibility

  • DL manager and engine must be upgraded to enable new features
  • DL Agent version 4.2 or later is compatible with this release

Bug Fixes

  • DL-3776: Display Portuguese characters correctly in ServiceNow report list
  • DL-3561: Allow SMTP authentication settings to be saved as blank

After a relatively large effort late last year around switching to technologies that are more firewall-friendly, it's fun to be able to announce a series of enhancements that directly address customer requests. Keep 'em coming!

Thanks for the update Ken.  I like to be able to see what is different with the new release and I think these will be very helpful.  I know for a fact that the scheduling the connectors in local is a big WIN!!
