Yes the incognito window worked with Chrome. I'll try to watch it from the regular window by clearing the cache as you suggest, @Kelsey Swanger. Thanks!

Hey @Guillermo Cuadrado it seems to be working on my end. Can you try to clear your browser cache or use an incognito window? In the meantime, we will try to find a workaround so you can access.

There's something wrong with the video: Chrome does not play anything and Edge says "This type of video file is not supported".
