James has over 25 years IT industry experience and has been working directly with IBM Cloud and its users since 2015. Having been involved in the creation of IBM’s Cloud certification exams for several years, James became Technical Leader at IBM Center for Cloud Training earlier this year, bringing his hands-on experience in systems design, development, administration, and consulting with him. When done for the day, James can often be seen out on a bike or heard making a guitar-based racket.


Mihai Criveti, CTO Cloud Native and Red Hat Solutions

As the Chief Technology Officer and Senior Technical Staff Member for Cloud-Native and Red Hat Solutions, Mihai helps large clients adopt DevSecOps, Kubernetes, OpenShift & build AI infused hybrid multi-cloud solutions. A Kubernetes, IBM Cloud, TOGAF and Red Hat Certified Architect II, Mihai holds over 50 industry certifications - and has volunteered to supported the creation of 15+ IBM Certifications and more than 6 cloud professional courses.



David Barry, CSM Public Cloud, IBM Technology

As the Customer Success Manager for IBM Cloud, David works directly with clients to drive the adoption and expansion of IBM cloud services within their accounts. This involves collaboratively driving change management and adoption activities with key business decision-makers, with a focus to reduce implementation risk, drive usage of existing workloads, and identify new opportunities for IBM Cloud.
