A place for Cloudability product users to learn, connect, share and grow together.
It is now possible to share a plan with other users and specify what they are allowed to edit. When you add a user to the plan, you are able to select the cost ownership "slices" they are allowed to edit. They will only be able to create or edit adjustment line items associated with the specified cost ownership dimension value. Users receive an email notification when they are added to a plan.
Note that prior to this release, any user with access to the plan could create and edit adjustments. Now, with Plan Sharing, users must be explicitly added to the plan before they can make edits.
Plan Sharing can be accessed from the ellipsis (...) menu located in the plan header (next to the Cost Ownership filter).
You can now track actual spending relative to plan on the Dashboard > Performance page.
You can now export all plan details to a CSV file. Plan Export can be found in the ellipse menu located in the plan header (next to the Cost Ownership filter).
You can now import and export Baseline table data. You can use Import to bring in your own baseline forecast data, or to adjust the baseline forecast generated by CFP. The latter is accomplished by exporting the generated baseline, making adjustments to the amounts (using Excel), and re-importing (replacing) the baseline in CFP.
Baseline Import and Export are located under the ellipsis (...) menu on the Baseline table (where you will also find the Recalc action).
You can now use the Transaction Type dimension in your plans. Transaction Type allows you to break down your forecast by Usage, Tax, Credits, One-time and Recurring Charges.
