Automate partner onboarding and management for EDI and MFT

Mon March 22, 2021 12:05 PM

Summary
Lag time to onboard new trading partners slows down the business and impairs revenue generation. Furthermore, improper or expired certificates and changing parameters can lead to outages and transmission failures which leads outages and constant firefighting, putting a drain on resources.

Join our discussion to hear a smarter way to onboard and manage trading partner relationships. Learn how other companies are dramatically reducing their partner onboarding cycle-time, from the automation of both Managed File Transfer (MFT) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) partner onboarding, to the partner certificate / key maintenance and related large-scale partner engagements.

In this webinar, we’ll demonstrate our new IBM Sterling Partner Engagement Manager Standard Edition, which uses pre-built processes for the onboarding and maintenance of MFT relationships as well as EDI exchanges, allowing partners direct, real-time self-provisioning and maintenance, significantly reducing the cycle time required to begin production exchanges.
