Harry Hanlon is a software development consultant with Voya Financial. Harry has over 30 years of IT experience. His position requires him to work closely with Unix/Linux admin, Voya's network team, DBA's, security administration, application developers and groups implementing new/changed processes to provide efficient, automated processing. Specifically, his responsibilities include implementation of new instances of IBM Workload Scheduler on servers, maintenance of existing servers, additions, deletions, and maintenance of the IBM Workload Scheduler environment for business needs, as well as disaster recovery planning, architecture and testing for the retirement services business at Voya Financial. The Retirement Services Division runs approximately 70,000 production jobs a day.
Clinton Easterling, Workload Automation customer support advocate manager for North America, HCL Technologies, was promoted to this newly created position in May 2018. A consummate customer service professional, Clint works closely with Workload Automation clients to match them with a member of the support or development team who will best serve as their client advocate (CA). If you don’t have a customer support advocate, then track Clint down at ASAP University and ask him how to request one.Clint brings his long history of working with and enthusiasm for helping clients maximize their investment in Workload Scheduler to this position. Clint was a long-time member of the Workload Scheduler level 2 support team in Austin, Texas – most recently serving as technical lead. An IBM Certified 9.x Deployment Specialist with nearly 20 years of experience with the Workload Automation product suite, Clint has been an regular instructor at ASAP University. His courses have ranged from Upgrading to Workload Scheduler V9 to his standing-room-only annual Tech Talks. Clint studied electrical engineering at ITT Tech and served in the United States Army for 8 years. During his personal time, Clinton like to spend time with family and friends barbequing and hosting sporting events in his man cave.
Leon Odenbrett recent joined HCL’s service team for IBM/HCL Workload Scheduler. Leon has been working with Workload Scheduler for 21 years, first for Best Buy Company, Inc. and then for Accenture, Inc. at the new Best Buy Technology Group in Minneapolis and then HLC at Disney. He has a wide range of experience with Workload Scheduler having been a part of its growth and support in upgrading Tivoli/IBM Workload Scheduler at both Best Buy and HCL @ Disney. In his spare time, Leon coaches wrestling for St. Agnes High School and enjoys board gaming. You can check out his collection at boardgamegeek.com.
Ramakrishnan Sundaram (Ram) is working as a consultant in HCL America INC. Ram is a mechanical engineer, with an MBA in general management. Ram has 12 years of experience with Workload Scheduler and has he worked on various versions of IBM/Tivoli Workload Scheduler right from 8.1 to 9.4. Ram has experience in upgrades and master install and automated all of the L1 work in his project. Currently he is working on new projects to move masters to cloud and is supporting the SAP team to schedule their jobs in SAP HANA.
