What do the green dots in my course outline show?
The dots next to course materials turn green as you navigate through and complete the content items.
Please note: Most of our courses are set for a learner to view 90% of the content to receive course completion. If the course contains a test, a learner will have to view 90% of the content AND pass the test to receive course completion. This means that at some times your course completion/progress percentage may be different than the percent of Content Viewed until the test is passed.

Hi, I can't seem to enroll in the two instructor led courses CT Reports and Users and Intro to CT R12. when I click on both courses there is no buttons to enroll. if I click out and go to my courses and learning plan they seem to say waitlist in orange writing. but it doesn't say that when I am in each course itself. thanks for any help you can provide.

Hi @Patrycja Cuprys, Thank you for reaching out. The badges on you see on Learn@Apptio are not linked to the badges you can earn on Community...in other words, the two systems are not synced to award the same badges. It looks like you have earned both the Explorer and Navigator badges on Community and have received the points for those.

Hi @Julie Batty, thank you for reply. No, these are quite old badges (some of them even from July). I did not notice this discrepancy before, because I was not aware that my Apptio University achievements should be reflected on my community profile.
The badges are not normally automatically updated, have you only recently completed these?

Some of the video courses (e.g: TBM Hallmarks of Success) do not load/work in my ipad. I need to use my laptop to access these courses.

Hey @Chris Kinman, thank you for confirming! May I ask the version of Outlook that you have? That will help me to look up the steps for you. I was able to find some helpful steps in this link: Link Your Calendar to Outlook using an iCal Feed - CalendarWiz / Knowledgebase. The steps sound pretty similar to the screen shots above. Please let me know if the steps in the link do not match what you see in Outlook.
Also, our session dates/times do not change very often. However if they do we will reach out to you and let you know of any changes if you are enrolled in the session.
There is a section above about "How do I add to my Calendar". I have a Mac and an iPhone, I would love to incorporate a class I scheduled onto my phone and computer directly from the web as I've had instances with other vendors where meeting information may change but if the calendar is fed via URL it typically updates the calendars.
Hey @Chris Kinman, I am not sure if this is what you are asking but I suggest creating a regular calendar appointment for yourself when you register for a session. You will still need to login to Apptio University and select the course to join the session. There is not a way to add a link to a calendar to join the session from the calendar.

Hey @Christine Hudson, we always encourage users to have the goal of obtaining their ETBMA certification after their RTBMA. Continuing along your education path will be a great benefit to you. On the Learning Plans page you can view the types of courses in the ETBMA learning plans. These courses are also listed in Apptio U under the Elite TBMA learning plan on your dashboard.

Hey @Christine Hudson, I just checked your transcript and to earn the Navigator R12 badge you need to complete the two CT Apps and Services courses. To earn the Explorer badge you need to complete Introduction to Finance and Introduction to IT Operations. Once you complete those courses you will automatically be awarded the badges in Apptio U and the badges will appear on your Community profile the Friday following when you earn the badges in Apptio U.
How do I gain Training badges- navigator and explorer? I have most of the R TBMA and ETBMA course. but i couldn't find my budgets. Please help.
