With Db2 13 on z/OS being GA since May 2022, you now may be looking at upgrading and wonder "What's new" when it comes to monitoring of the new Features and Functions provided with Db2 13 as well in the latest Function Levels of Db2 12. Understand how you can measure whether and how the new features improve your performance and usage of Db2 for z/OS. We will cover the new Db2 trace metrics and techniques and how to best compare Db2 and application performance prior and after the upgrade. Since GA of OMEGAMON Db2 in May 2022, several new functions were shipped, based on customers AHA! ideas; some of these will be discussed in detail as well in this session. (IDUG)
