A Midwest utility/energy conglomerate engaged in a multi-year project to consolidate nearly a dozen ERP and EAM systems to a combination of Oracle cloud and IBM Maximo. This project originally called for over 60 distinct go lives which were then consolidated into affiliate level "waves", focusing on safe and stable releases across the enterprise. Given the timing of this project it necessitated careful inclusion of the MAS upgrade within these waves. While still ongoing delivery wise, this presentation will cover some of the discovery and learnings that led to the eventual timing of this upgrade within the release schedule.
