Recovering from a cyber attack is often perceived as being the same as Disaster Recovery or Business Continuity. However, there are very significant differences in how you prepare for or perform a recovery. Citgo operations span refining and transporting of petroleum products to operating many gas stations/convenience stores. As such they are prime targets for a cyber attack and regulations specific to each of those facets need to be followed.
