Enhance technicians' Maximo mobile experience for inspection & service request with WatsonX powered GenAI agent. This solution demonstrates how we enhanced user experience, improved data collection and standardization, minimized duplicate entries, and improved access to information for Technicians about the asset they are working on. The solution also allows improved troubleshooting and visual and speech to text capability. In this session, we will share our experience of co-creating this solution with IBM, from innovation to prototype, in just four weeks. We will demonstrate the solution, discuss its business value, and provide details on the architecture and implementation and lessons learnt.
