Citizens Bank: A Journey to API Management Modernization, an API Connect Upgrade & Modernization Story. [2197]

Headquartered in Providence, Rhode Island, Citizens Financial Group, Inc. is one of the nation’s oldest and largest financial institutions. We have been using IBM API Connect platform since v5 and recently have completed the upgrade to v10.0.5. We are running a hybrid cloud deployment architecture with gateways running in a variety of clouds, including on-premises, along with s control plane running in a single central location. This session will go through our journey, challenges and successes covering how we worked with our business and IBM to make it the best experience possible.
