Seven Hundred (700) Issues Resolved in 20 Years! Why Do Japanese Troubleshooters Rate Instana as the No. 1 Tool? [2063]

I have been providing IT system troubleshooting services in Japan for over 20 years and have been actively involved in promoting Instana, for which I have received IBM Champion certification. Using Instana, I have successfully resolved e-commerce site outages within minutes and improved the response times of POS systems by hundreds of times, thereby saving numerous customer businesses. I consider Instana to be the most user-friendly APM tool. In this session, I will share these experiences. Additionally, I will introduce activities within the user community in Japan. Please listen and enjoy learning about our efforts to dominate the Japanese APM market, including presentations of user cases, the publication of documents introducing Instana's features, and even manga.
