I have been providing IT system troubleshooting services in Japan for over 20 years and have been actively involved in promoting Instana, for which I have received IBM Champion certification. Using Instana, I have successfully resolved e-commerce site outages within minutes and improved the response times of POS systems by hundreds of times, thereby saving numerous customer businesses. I consider Instana to be the most user-friendly APM tool. In this session, I will share these experiences. Additionally, I will introduce activities within the user community in Japan.
