IBM TLS + AI - Envisioning the Next Generation of Support - Webinar

Support is critical for the success of every business. Bala Rajaraman, IBM Fellow and TLS CTO, had the opportunity to brilliantly discuss our journey as IBM Technology Lifecycle Services (TLS) in this direction in the webinar "IBM TLS + AI - Envisioning the next generation of support". He talked about IBM as “Client Zero” for leveraging AI in the customer support journey, highlighting how TLS is transforming this experience using AI and automation capabilities of watsonx in collaboration with IBM Software, Research, and Consulting, to bring value to our clients, engineers, and the ecosystem.

He provided a broader perspective on how TLS uses AI in all aspects of support. Bala detailed how it assists our Support Engineers, enables insights for supported infrastructure, and, finally, how AI drives business value and outcomes.

We have been facing challenges and learning valuable lessons in this process that Bala also shared with the attendees yesterday. Our goal on this continuous journey remains the same: to deliver timely support by arriving at the right answers and action plans, that are trustworthy, and most importantly, proactive.
